I’ve been a house and pet sitter for more than 15 years now, caring for homes with and without (mostly with) animals full-time while travelling and working remotely, with the exception of Covid times which meant I had to return to Australia.

During lockdown, I continued looking after other people’s pets at home in Melbourne. I’ve recently returned to Australia after living in NZ for a few years, I lived by the beach in a remote community where I got to foster, train and rehome pound puppies and also look after other peoples dogs at home, before house sitting around the South Island during my final year there.

I’m back in Australia to stay and exploring my own country more now after spending lots of time away. I’m currently located in Queensland. There are lots of photos in my gallery of pets I’ve looked after and testimonials from home and pet owners with more being updated this month as I have time. I am also starting a blog so I can share all more of my photos and adventures, this will be added over the final months of 2026.

The banner photo is of myself and Ali the Border Collie taken on her private jetty at a repeat house sit in beautiful South Yunderup, Western Australia in 2018. The jetty was one of Ali’s favourite spots to visit daily and watch the local dolphins. I looked after Ali for several months at a time each year while her retired owners travelled overseas and occasional shorter sits over a number of years until her old age.
